Ordering Policy |
We
take extra care and use extra packaging to ensure that your shipments arrive safely.
Plus, we make every effort to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Because
lamp fixtures are fragile, an additonal 5% of the product cost is added to ensure you
recieve your fixture undamaged. There is a per item charge for standard UPS and
common carrier delivery within the continental United States and a single rate handling
charge per order. For Hawaii, Canadian and International orders, please call our toll free
number, 1-877-735-4448, for rates. All shipments
are fully insured against loss, breakage or other damage.

Transit Time
Orders being shipped via standard UPS Ground service will ship in 3
to 6 business days. They will arrive in 7 to 10 business days, depending on your shipping
address. |
Sales Tax
Our store collects sales tax only for orders shipped to addresses in
New Mexico. Orders shipped to any location other than New Mexico are not subject to
sales tax. |
Return Policy
Please be sure of your purchase selection
before placing your order.
Any item (non-special order)
may be returned within 30 days for merchandise credit, less a 10% restocking fee.
Any item returned after 30
days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items may not be returned more than 60
days after date of purchase.
Special order items are
non-refundable.
Shipping charges are not
refundable.
In order to ensure proper
credit, all returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. To
obtain a RGA form and to receive more specific instructions on returns, please contact our

Warranty Policy
All products are covered by manufacturer
